Pamela

Hello!

Welcome to my blog - Confident Cheerleading!

My goal is to provide you with helpful, practical tips and information that will enhance every aspect of your performance - from preparing for tryouts to mastering new routines and to preparing for and acing competitions.

As a peak performance psychologist I have dedicated my career to teaching people how to excel in whatever goals they pursue.  I want to take my 30 years of experience and help you, too!

I will be teaching you techniques developed by sports psychologists to help you project confidence and poise in any performance situation.

Please engage me in a conversation or ask questions by posting comments on my blog or send me your comments and questions privately by clicking on the “Contact” link.

I can’t wait to get to know you!

Warm wishes,

Pamela
